These $77, one hour virtual sessions can be catered around whatever your specific needs are, but in general we often have a heavy focus around clients that have been subjected to narcissistic abuse and also find themselves in a co-dependent situation. However even if that is not what your history has been, that is ok, the basis of this coaching is learning and understanding the old programs, behavior of others as well as yourself, and learning how to reprogram these patterns. The main goal here is to rewire your subconscious mind and learn about reality creation in a way that allows you to step into your path as your highest self, stand in your full power and potential, and be fully independent in your life. Do you find yourself often in relationships with friends or romantic partners that continue to show up in the same or similar patterns to the very thing you're trying to get away from? Do you ask yourself, "Why do I keep attracting these types of people?" The answers all lie in your subconscious programming. I am able to help offer unique perspectives on situations that may help shed some light on things in ways you have not realized before, allowing you to fully release these old paradigms and people from your past (or even present).
